You can ask us to review a matching outcome if you think we used incorrect information, misunderstood your preferences or gave you an outcome you would like explained. Use Question this match in your account or email product@romeojuliet.love. A person will review the relevant information and may uphold, correct or reconsider the outcome. Asking for a review will not count as a rejection or disadvantage your account. We will not disclose another member's private information, and a review does not guarantee a different introduction.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive certain personal information, object to some uses, withdraw consent, or ask for a person to review an applicable automated or matching outcome. Email product@romeojuliet.love or use Privacy requests in your account. Tell us what you would like us to do and which account or interaction the request concerns. We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity. We will ordinarily respond within one month. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not all absolute. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
