No paid service is currently live. Romeo & Juliet does not currently offer anything to purchase. This policy describes the cancellation and refund rights that will apply once a paid membership or other paid service launches.
This policy is published by Romeo & Juliet Ltd. (company number 17456690, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX).
If you purchase a Romeo & Juliet membership or another paid service online as a consumer, you may cancel the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The cancellation period begins on the day after the contract is entered into and ends 14 days later.
To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account or email product@romeojuliet.love. Your message must clearly state that you wish to cancel and should include your name and the email address connected with your account. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
You may ask us to begin providing the service before the 14-day cancellation period has ended.
If you expressly request an early start and then cancel during the cancellation period, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the service supplied before you cancelled. We will explain how any deduction has been calculated.
If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, you may lose your right to cancel once performance is complete, provided you expressly requested that performance begin and acknowledged that consequence.
If you cancel within the cancellation period, we will make any refund due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will not charge a separate refund fee.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or where another legal right to a refund, repeat performance or price reduction applies.
You do not have to use this form. If it is easier, email or use the cancellation option in your account instead.
